Building Order Management in the Building Company

This thesis deals with problems concerning the management of construction contracts in the construction business. The work is described in several chapters of the proceedings of orders. First described project "Extension of a commercial building", and I continue to work in the description of contract management. At the end of the contract is evaluated in terms of time and cost perspective.

The bachelor thesis deals with comparison of a timber frame construction and a masonry building in the third and fourth part of building life cycle. Constructions are compared in thermal properties, acoustic properties, fire resistence, lifetime and it’s effect on the environment. Also, the thesis deals with demands on new constructions and it’s demolition involving it’s costs, time demands and it’s masses.
Comparing the Price of a Transportation Structure and the Actual Costs Incurred in Various Stages of Construction

This diploma thesis deals with the calculation of the cost of the building work in order to create the price, which at the stage of the contract becomes a selling price, and the costs are fixed as a budget. The subject of this work is to monitor the development of costs in time so that the cost does not exceed the budget and the construction did not get into the negative result. Then set the price by its own methods (item budget, calculation according to budget indicators) and compare the prices and costs thus obtained from different phases of construction between each other and determine the differences. In this work is monitored and compared the cost of a construction contract and its costs in the construction stages. In the practical part,is used the method of direct comparison of cost and price values over time, in the form of different outputs from the controlling program and outputs from compiled item budget and the calculation of the construction. Analyzing the differences between these costs and their evolution over time by more detailed examination of item budgets and cost calculations, they determine the origin of these deviations. In conclusion, is proposed measures for a particular transport structure whitch was handled by the author as"master and co-ordinator of the construction".

This master's thesis is focused on the problems of financing of buying warehouse of company which is specialized on domestic and international logistics, stock-keeping, customs declaration and collecting services CS Expres. It consists of possibilities of financing analysis, comparation of proper options of financing, prediction of the interest rate development of 1M PRIBOR till the half of the year 2011, prediction of the cash flows and proposals for optimal way of acquisition of the warehouse.
Price Comparison of an Apartment Building in Brno According to the Valid Valuation Regulations

hesis deal with a question, how can change the price of the apartment building on the basis of legal act such as a statement of the owner of the building, without any changes in the building construction or technical conditions. Apartment building valuation was done by two methods which used the legislation for real estate valuation. The first method was the valuation of the apartment building as a unit and this method used the combination of expenses and revenues. The second method was the valuation of the individual flats by comparison and sum them up. Results showed, how big can be the difference between this two methods in the valuation the same thing.
Branch Averages Validation

Master´s thesis is focused on the evaluation of the financial position of the company and it compares results with branch averages. The first part of the thesis is based on clear theory, which is important to the overall understanding of the financial position. Then the company is briefly described. In the third part of the thesis we provide information on the current implemented financial analysis position of the company, comparing with the competition from the same branch and with the branch averages and results of comparing.
The Influence of Location on the Usual Price of a House in Ostrava

The main topic of the master’s thesis is the inluence of the locality on the usual price of a family house in town of Ostrava. This analysis does not only focus on usual criterias (accessibility to the center, etc.), but also addresses the specific problems of the region, eg. air quality. There is also a questionnaire survey aimed at identifying respondents' preferences regarding the choice of the ideal location for housing. For the valuation of the selected family house, two methods are selected, namely the comparative method according to the valid valuation rule and the method of market comparison, specifically the direct comparison method, which are described in more detail in the theoretical introduction. The final part deals with the comparison of the outcomes of these two methods and possible discrepancies that might arise.

This bacelor thesis looks into problematics of efficiency of induction elektromotors. Due to present tendence of permanently encreasing efficiency, this topic is very actual. How to encrease efficiency but not to encrease material and production cost too much? This is the daily question of every producer of induction elektromotors. This thesis has a target to bring closer understanding of this problematics and describe alternatives, which is possible to follow. On choosen elektromotor produced by ATAS elektromotory Náchod a.s. is made an comparison of analytic calculate, calculate of software RMxprt and Maxwell 2D and real measuring, which refes about limits of individual calculatin methods. Then the design of changes with new calculate is provided and comparison of all results.

Algorithms designed for identification and verification persons by fingerprints recognition are spread and used as in forensics aplications as in private sector for a long time. The aim of this thesis is to make us aquainted with various aplicated mathematic models of fingerprint processing in digital way. Second task is the presentation algorithmic solution of chosen subject identification procedure by force of Fingerprint matching. Algorithm is solid in the development environment platform Matlab.
